Politician and Social Activist
Dhamendra Deshmukh is political and social activist with excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities with a concern deprived people. He believes in strengthening society by making youth employable and projecting them towards right opportunities. The inspiration of Shri Satguru Dev Maharaj and the blessings of his elders, he has taken up the vow of social service for which chose politics as a medium. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is the largest party in the country, has in a short span of time handed over the vice-presidentship of Nagpur city due to Dharmendra's self-confidence, dedication and hard work. Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's '| am a Chowkidar(Main Chowkidar Hu) movement, he started fighting against the injustice done to lakhs of security guards across country. He is also, actively working towards welfare of various sufferers through the Human Rights Commission. Being interested in sports like karate, martial arts, wrestling and he has provided employment to hundreds of youths by training them for the job of security guards through his company.
family background
- Grandfather - Late. Shri. Snyamrao Deshmukh, was eminent name in village Chandas Vathoda and a Progressive Farmer. He was inclined towards social work.
- Father - Late. Professor Shri. Vittalrao Shyamrao Deshmukh though born in peasant's family found his interests in Wrestling's and Outdoor sports. During 1944 to 1947 he was active in India's freedom struggle. He was well known as one of the best bodybuilder in Varud taluka. He was elected as Sarpanch (Chief of Village Administration) of Chandas Vathoda for several terms making his tenure 25 years long. After coming into close contact with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj, he dedicated his time for service to poor and downtrodden. He took forward the legacy of social work done by his father. The income gained from participating in wrestling competitions was used for helping poor. Recognizing his efforts towards society, he was honored with Silver Shield by President of India.
- Uncle - Late Shri. Mahadeorao Shyamrao Deshmukh was a freedom fighter. He actively participated in the freedom struggle of 1942. He had to face imprisonment as well.
- Mother - Suman Vitthalrao Deshmukh was also a dedicated social worker. She imparted her embroidery and sewing skills to over 500 girls to make them self reliant.
- Wife - Nanda Dahrmendra Deshmukh is Director of Care Protection Services Pvt. Ltd. Children - Saumya and Om

2001
Joined Youth Congress Party so as to continue with the traditional work culture. Many youths were influenced to become member of youth Congress.2002
Integrated a huge force of party workers for Congress leader Pruthviraj Chavan's Varud Mela. Seeing this organizational strength, the then District President Bablu Deshmukh handed over the responsibility of Amravati District Vice President of Indira Congress.2004
Contested the election of Amaner District Panchayat Circle in Varud Tehsil.2009
The party then appointed as Nagpur District Congress Vice President on the basis of social work, scope of work, organizational skills and leadership qualities.2009

Conducted a membership drive for graduate constituency. A large number of friends and activists in contact were made graduate constituency voters. After the party handed over the responsibility of the Workers' front, got more applications filled for the graduate constituency.Employment Generation, Organization of various Camp’s and other Social Works:
- Lands of people were grabbed forcefully at low compensation by government for Dabhi project in Varud. Against this unjust, all farmers / landowners wear gathered to raise voice. Later farmers received adequate compensation.
- 1200 saplings were planted under tree plantation drive.
- Youths were prepared to be employable by training them for Bouncer, Security Guard vacancies and helped them in getting recruited.
- Over 1800 youths got benefitted
- 2000 people were made self reliant by offering them employment under care Protection Services Pvt. Ltd. Artist's in Nagpur and Vidarbha region are promoted by Shivdharm pictures Pvt. Ltd.
- Convention and Planning Sadbhavna Yatra every year
- Five deprived kids are adopted every year and their complete education is sponsored.
- Since 2005, ten marriageable girls marriage is sponsored
- Blood donation and health-checkup camps are organized regularly
- Alcohol-free campaign conducted at villages falling under Varud Tehsil.
